Ram Nutrition and Weight Loss, Inc., ("Ram", "us", "our", "we", "Company") the owner and operator of this website has zero tolerance for Unsolicited Broadcast Email and Unsolicited Commercial Email ("UBE/UCE", commonly known as "Spam").

We define UBE/UCE as unsolicited broadcast or commercial email sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiably request such material from that specific sender, including but not limited to advertising, surveys, information pieces, third party spamming, website addresses, sales, and auctions. Accordingly, Ram adheres to the Direct Marketing Association's "Four Pillars Of Responsible E-Mail Marketing" as follows:

- An honest subject line.
- No forging of headers or technological deceptions.
- Identity of the sender, which includes a "physical" address.
- An opt-out that works and is easy to find and easy to use.

Our advertisers and other business partners are strictly prohibited from using UBE/UCE in their marketing efforts to Ram Nutrition and Weight Loss, Inc. subscribers and members, and are subject to immediate termination of contract if they do so. If you believe you have received Unsolicited Broadcast Email and Unsolicited Commercial Email from us or any of our advertisers or business partners.
